Cognitive behavioural therapy for acquired brain injury (CBT for ABI) is a neuropsychological intervention to help individuals who have had a brain injury (e.g. traumatic brain injury, stroke) and are experiencing a change in mood. This intervention is tailored to the cognitive abilities of the individual post-injury, to help them achieve an improvement in mood and quality of life.
